BOARD OF DIRECTORS BIO

 CO-FOUNDER, PRESIDENT AND U.S BOARD MEMBER 

Margarette is a nurse and a public health specialist who has served the Croix-des-Bouquets villagers for over 10 years onsite in Haiti via multiple organizations. She has a Bachelor of Health Services Administration (BHSA) and a Master of Public Health Management & Policy (MPH). She has a passion and a bleeding heart for the Croix-des-Bouquets villagers and co-founded H3KIDZ to freely advocate for their needs. She dreams of bringing world class education and a hope in the future for the kids in the village. 

CO-FOUNDER, TREASURER AND U.S BOARD MEMBER

Dr. Aponte is an ophthalmologist and surgeon in the U.S. She first volunteered in the Croix-des-Bouquets village in 2018 with Margarette Vernet and became even more passionate about helping the kids after meeting them. She co-founded H3KIDZ with Margarette to help meet important needs such as nutrition, education, health and wellness. Dr. Aponte has always dreamed of helping the younger generations of Haitians and has personally funded multiple H3KIDZ projects. 

SECRETARY AND U.S BOARD MEMBER

Ben is a senior commodity buyer with over 10 years of experience. He has a background in analytics, finance and purchasing. He has a passion for research and planning with skills in finance, pharmaceutical retail and manufacturing. He is also a mentor, life learner, husband of 17 years and father of 3 amazing kids. He is a world traveler and loves all things Anime.  Although his life is paced by a demanding career and travel schedule, he sacrifices his time and expertise for the advancement of H3KIDZ. 

HAITI DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Clodel is the lead pastor of the Canape Vert Church of Christ in Haiti. He has a degree in Theology as well as in Logistics and Transport Operations. He previously led the Croix-des-Bouquets Church and has helped coordinate for the villagers needs for years. He is currently directing the construction and management of the Croix-des-Bouquets school. He is a fierce advocate for the villagers and a practical liaison with outside organizations. 

DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION FOR H3KIDZ HAITI

Guy is an educator of sixteen years and President of the Board of Church of Christ in Haiti. He has a Bachelor in Economy and a Masters in Education. He is currently leading the administrative work required for the establishment of the school as a recognized institution in Haiti. He is also directing the curriculum and teacher training for the school. Guy has sacrificed innumerable hours to help start the school and transform the lives of the villagers kids.

U.S BOARD MEMBER AND ADVISOR Jude is a current U.S veteran with a Masters Degree in Social Work(MSW) from Fordham University with advanced studies focusing on the holistic understanding of veteran social behavior. He is also completing a Masters degree in Computer Science. Jude has a diverse range of expertise across multiple disciplines and has been advising H3KIDZ board even prior to its inception. He is passionate about the advancement of H3KIDZ and the many ways the organization can help the village and surrounding areas. 

SOCIAL MEDIA DIRECTOR

Orlane is a graduate biochemistry student; She has a bachelor's degree in biochemistry. She is pursuing a master's degree in Biomedical Sciences; Orlane has been a part of medical mission work in Thailand. She helps H3Kidz with our social media outreach.
